Singh Leite Holiday Home was created to provide comfortable and welcoming holiday accommodation where families, couples and groups can relax and enjoy time together.
Our first two properties are PC0 and R05 at St Osyth Holiday Park in the Clacton-on-Sea area. We want to make booking straightforward and transparent, giving guests the ability to check availability, view prices, book securely and contact us directly if they need assistance.
FUTURE HORIZONS
As the business grows, we also plan to add accommodation in Portugal and São Tomé to the same website. We want the website to feel professional, trustworthy, welcoming and suitable for both UK and international guests.

A £250 refundable security/damage deposit applies to bookings. Collected prior to stay and refunded following post-stay inspection provided no damage, excessive cleaning requirement, or rule breaches occur.
• Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: Non-refundable.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded (PC0 max 8 guests, R05 max 6 guests). Only registered guests may stay overnight.
